Fish oil rich in EPA and DHA, edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; emulsifiers: sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80); DL-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) in sunflower oil, natural lemon flavor; antioxidant: rosemary extract; vanillin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-5 pearls per day, to be swallowed with plenty of water, at any time of the day.
