Description
Food supplement in gummy candies based on melatonin, with vitamins B5, B6, B12, biotin and extracts of ashwagandha, lemon balm and passionflower. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. Biotin and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
The beneficial effect for falling asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. The beneficial effect for alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
