Description
Food supplement based on guar seeds and gymnema extract, with glucomannan. Guar seeds are useful for modulating/limiting the absorption of nutrients and facilitating the feeling of satiety. Gymnema leaves intervene in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and in controlling the feeling of hunger.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Corn starch, guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L. Taub.) seeds, glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch) root, gymnema (Gymnema silvestre R. Br.) leaves es tit. 25% gymnemic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
No added sugar, added preservatives, artificial flavors, artificial colors, GMOs and gluten .

How to use
2-3 tablets at a time, to be swallowed with plenty of water at least one hour before the two main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water even after taking the tablets.
Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle, with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
