Ingredients
Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide); carrier: acacia gum; magnesium hydroxide, cherry juice powder (Prunus cerasus L., fruit) standardized in melatonin, extracts of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., flowers) and Californian poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial parts) [extracts of EU origin]; anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate; vitamins B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) and B12 (cyanocobalamin). Capsule: fish gelatin; colorant: iron oxide.
Soy , gluten and lactose free.

How to use
2 capsules per day, before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist for use in children, adolescents, asthmatics or during drug treatment (melatonin). Not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and epileptics (melatonin). May cause drowsiness. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
