Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium phosphate, magnesium hydroxide, ferrous gluconate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (vitamin PP), zinc oxide, manganese gluconate, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), lutein, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), copper citrate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (olic acid), potassium iodide, vitamin H (biotin); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose -free.

How to use
1 tablet per day. The tablet should be swallowed, with a liquid, preferably in the morning.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take other products containing vitamin A. Any variations in color from batch to batch do not affect the quality of the product.
