HEPATIN
Description
Complementary feed for dogs and cats intended for specific nutritional purposes to support liver function in cases of chronic liver failure. Epatina is formulated in a palatable paste with a high concentration of essential fatty acids, with protein sources, highly digestible carbohydrates, fish oil and Milk Thistle extract (Sylimarin Phytosome Indena-Milano) to support liver function in the course of liver dysfunction.
Ingredients
Vegetable oils and fats (Linseed oil - Linum usitatissimum - 15%), glycerol, maltodextrin 14%, sodium pyrophosphate, yeasts (Brewer's yeast), hydrolysed animal proteins (poultry origin) 4%, fish oil (18% EPA-12% DHA) 4%, lupin protein flour, sorbitol, vegetable oils and fats (Corn germ oil), sodium chloride, vegetable oils and fats (Sunflower oil).
ADDITIVES
Nutritional additives
- Vitamins: 3a890 Choline chloride 17,500 mg/kg, 3a700 Vitamin E 10,000 mg/kg;
- Trace elements: 3b817 Selenomethionine produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae NCYC R645 (inactivated selenium yeast) 10,000 mg/kg (Selenium 20 mg/kg).
Organoleptic additives
- Botanically defined natural products: Milk thistle (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) extract 5,775 mg/kg.
Flavouring substances: Mixture of flavouring substances.
Technological additives: 1c322i lecithins (soya lecithin) 21,725 mg/kg, E551b colloidal silica, 1b306(i) tocopherols extracted from vegetable oils, E202 potassium sorbate, E330 citric acid, E415 xanthan gum.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Mix the sachet before use.
Administer the contents of the sachets directly into the animal's mouth or sprinkled into the animal's favorite food.
Complete the daily ration with the usual food.
A balanced daily ration is recommended.
Recommended period of use: initially up to six months.
Always leave fresh water available.
Water is recommended at all times.
Warnings
It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before use or before extending the period of use.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
