How to use
1 tablet to be taken preferably in the evening, about half an hour before going to bed; to be swallowed without chewing.
Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take before driving or before using machinery that requires special attention. If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's Wort can interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
Conservation
Store in a cool (< 25°C) and dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Do not consume after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact package and stored correctly.
