Ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose; Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea l.) dry extract titrated 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside; constituent of the vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Griffonia seeds (Griffonia Simplicifolia (dc.) baill.) dry extract titrated 95% 5HTP; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
How to use
Take one capsule daily, with water, preferably in the morning. In cases of increased need, take two capsules in the morning.
