High protein bar useful for satisfying the increased protein needs of those who practice intense physical activity and mainly based on muscular effort. One bar is a source of:• Vitamin B6 which contributes to normal protein metabolism.
• Vitamin D which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Ingredients
White chocolate 20.8% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings); milk proteins; soy flakes (12.4%) (soy protein, tapioca starch, salt); sugar; hydrolysed wheat proteins; fructose syrup; humectant: glycerol; glucose syrup; sunflower oil; concentrated lemon juice preparation 3.7% (concentrated lemon juice, sugar, fructose syrup, apple, apple puree, rice flour, palm kernel oil, gelling agent: pectin, lemon oil); thickener: acacia gum; wheat starch; acidifier: citric acid; flavourings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; microencapsulated borage oil (borage oil, fish gelatine, maltodextrin); colourings: riboflavin, lutein; vitamin mix (dextrose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol).
May contain traces of sesame, eggs, nuts, peanuts.
How to use
We recommend 1-2 bars depending on the intensity of the activity performed and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
