Food supplement based on melatonin and lemon balm. Useful during the application of sleep hygiene principles and/or behavioral techniques. Useful in case of: insomnia, anxiety, hyperkinesis, bruxism, gastroesophageal reflux. Helps achieve a more regular physiological rest.

Purified water, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves hydroglyceric extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves es, melatonin, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 5 drops as is or diluted in water, milk or other drink in the evening just before going to bed.
Duration of treatment: take the product for 30 days, suspend use for the following two weeks, possibly repeat this cycle until sleep comes spontaneously in the evening.
