Ingredients
Magnesium oxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose; brewer's yeast; magnesium chelate (magnesium oxide, rice protein, aspartic acid, citric acid) cutin; horsetail (equisetum arvense) sterile stems; magnesium citrate; magnesium chloride.

How to use
Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, take 2 tablets 3 times daily.
