Description
Food supplement with a specific formulation for hydro-saline recovery, which contains magnesium, potassium and manganese, highly assimilable by the body. It also contains the group of vitamins B6, B12, riboflavin (B2) and thiamine (B1), known for their fundamental properties to contribute to the normal energy metabolism of the body. It is indicated in situations in which it is necessary to provide an additional quota of mineral salts and vitamins in the presence of nutritional deficiencies or increased needs that can occur during the hot season or following intense physical activity.

Ingredients
Biphasic magnesium [magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, beetroot fiber (Beta vulgaris L.); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabilizer: acacia gum], potassium citrate, maltodextrin; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavoring, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, lemon juice powder; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; manganese biglicinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), riboflavin, thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
Dissolve one sachet in 500 ml of water (half-liter bottle or flask), to be taken during the day or after physical activity (to replenish lost mineral salts) and mix well before drinking. Any residue of non-solubilized powder can be taken with the addition of a little water.
