Potato gnocchi with pesto filling, pasteurized, gluten-free, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Egg-free, low sugar.
Ingredients
Pasta (80% of total): potato puree (water, potato flakes and starch corresponding to 98% potato), salt, rice flour dusting. Acidity regulator: E270. Preservative: E200.
Filling (20% of total): pasteurized ricotta ( whey , milk , salt; acidity regulator: E270), cheese preparation (edam/cheddar [ milk , salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet], water, butter ( milk ), milk proteins, Gorgonzola DOP [cow's milk , starter cultures, salt, calf rennet]; acidity regulator: E330; salt, potato starch), pesto 25% (basil in oil 80% [basil 90%, sunflower seed oil, salt], Parmigiano Reggiano DOP [ milk , salt, rennet], pine nuts), potato flakes, salt. Acidity regulator: E270. Preservative: E200.
