Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to the maintenance of healthy bones and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

How to use
Take 2 scoops per day (equal to 6 g) in a single dose, dissolved in 200 ml of water, mixing well.
