How to use
It is recommended to take 2 - 3 tablets after main meals equal to 1 - 2 grams per day, corresponding to 160 mg of vitamin C equal to 32% RDA and 2 X 10 8 of bifidobacterium infantis and 10.5 X 10 9 of lactobaccillus reuteri.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
