How to use
We recommend taking 1 measuring spoon (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, once or twice a day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day); mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring spoon included in the package.
