Melatonin-based food supplement. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equivalent to 5 drops of Dicoson drops) shortly before bedtime. Melatonin also helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime, from the first day of travel and in the few days following arrival at your destination.
