Nutritional characteristics
How to use
To be consumed after cooking. For a soft béchamel sauce: pour 50 g of product (1 sachet) into 200 ml of cold water; heat on the stove until it starts to boil, stirring regularly to prevent the béchamel from sticking to the bottom. Remove from the heat and use or let stand for a few minutes to thicken a little. If you want a creamier béchamel sauce, use less water.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. Any compaction of the product does not compromise its quality.
