Instant vegetable granular preparation, obtained with a mix of 5 selected vegetables, designed to prepare broth, risottos and vegetable minestrone and also ideal for enhancing the flavour of pan-fried vegetables, quick or elaborate meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients
Table salt; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate; dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (celery - onion 9.6%, garlic - carrot - leek 2.9%), maltodextrin, potato starch, seed oil (corn and/or sunflower), caramelized sugar, natural celery flavouring.
May contain lactose and peanuts .
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
For an excellent broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To flavor your dishes: add the product as a total or partial replacement for salt.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air, do not take the product with wet spoons and store it preferably in the refrigerator.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
