Defence KS In&Out contains:
-TricoSafe Anti-hair loss treatment;

How to use
When using for the first time, dilute the contents of the vial in the 100 ml bottle to activate the Anti-Hair Loss Treatment.
Apply once a day for 6-month cycles: ten sprays (equal to approximately 2 ml).
Take one TricoSafe Food Supplement tablet per day to be swallowed with a little water after one of the main meals.
