Horsetail ( Equisetum arvens and L.) aerial parts 290 mg*, vitamin D3 powder (maltodextrin, corn starch, vitamin D3 from lichen, sucrose; antioxidant: ascorbic acid esters with fatty acids), equivalent to vitamin D 25 mcg* 500% NRV**; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; capsule constituent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
