How to use
The pad can be used cold or hot.
It can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. It can be reheated in hot water or in the microwave.
Use your hands to distribute the heat evenly.
Always place the gel pad in the provided cover or in a clean towel when applying to the skin.
Apply the pad to the affected area for as long as it is comfortable.
When the gel pad reaches room temperature, warm it again.
