It is intended to provide superficial cold or heat. Cold helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat helps reduce pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for the whole family.

How to use
The pad can be used cold or hot. It can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. It can be heated in hot water or in the microwave.
Use your hands to distribute the heat evenly. Always place the gel pad in the provided cover or a clean towel when applying to the skin.
Apply the pad to the affected area until comfortable. When the gel pad reaches room temperature, reheat.
The protective cover of the gel pad can be applied quickly and conveniently, providing even more safety for the skin.
Use cold for sprained ankle, tense leg/arm muscles after sports, swelling of bruises, e.g. knee, pulled ligaments.
