Full Spectrum Curcumin NovaSOL (Curcuma longa L. rhizome extract standardized in total curcuminoids and curcumin); emulsifier: polysorbate 80; food gelatin; humectant: vegetable glycerol.

How to use
Swallow 1 softgel daily, with water, preferably with a meal.
