Description
Food supplement based on fibers from wheat bran and psyllium.
It can also be used in a vegan and vegetarian diet.

Wheat bran, corn starch, psyllium ( Plantago ovata tegumentum seminis), sodium chloride; antioxidant: dearomatized rosemary extract.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets per day, at any time of the day, starting with breakfast, with first and second courses or as a snack, drinking plenty of water.
Taking the product promotes correct intestinal transit.
BranSohn with Psyllium can be nibbled on its own, or added to milk, yogurt or used in the preparation of both sweet and savoury foods.
Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
