Gluten and sugar free food.The white almond cream is obtained exclusively by grinding lightly toasted peeled almonds. The quality of this cream is guaranteed by the maximum control of temperatures during processing. This allows for a product with high nutritional value, it contains vitamins A, B, E, minerals such as calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus and polyunsaturated fatty acids. No emulsifiers are added during processing, they are excellent for spreading on bread or baked goods or for preparing numerous recipes.
