Description
Gluten-free Colomba covered externally with hazelnut icing and enriched with almonds and granulated sugar. Internally it is amber yellow in color and characterized by a small alveolation. Hints of vanilla and chocolate can be perceived.

Gluten-free preparation [corn starch, sugar, skimmed milk powder; emulsifier: E471; vegetable fibres (Psyllium); thickener: guar; salt; preservative: ascorbic acid], sugar, eggs, butter, chocolate chips 10% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla), whole milk powder, brewer's yeast, almonds 2%, hazelnuts, xanthan, rice flour, corn flour, flavourings.
