Description
Coconut oil [Cocos nucifera L., Fam. Arecaceae (Palmae)] extracted from the pulp of the coconut, appears as a solid mass (below 28°C) of ivory color and pleasant odor. It is also suitable for external use. It has a supporting and restorative action, skin trophism.
Ministry of Health Code: 88936. Coconut oil solidifies below 28°C. If it appears solid, simply heat it slightly for a few seconds in a bain-marie or in the microwave (no more than 35°C). During the intermediate seasons it may appear partially solidified.
