How to use
One tablet per day to be swallowed with a sip of water in the evening just before bedtime. The tablets are swallowed whole or dissolved in the mouth or in 1/2 glass of water.
Warnings
Do not take before or while driving. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
