How to use
Open the main straps and detach the side straps. Center the support along your lower back, with the support pads on either side of your spine, and position the curved edge of the belt facing down.
Wrap the main straps around your waist and fasten the hook above your stomach.
Pull the side straps forward and fasten them along the front panels of the carrier. Adjust the position of the strap fastening to achieve the right level of support for your needs.

Warnings
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Conservation
Care and washing instructions: Fasten all hooks and loops before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
