Description
Plush squirrel that entertains children with lights and sounds. The acorn on the belly of Chicco's Squirrel Lights & Sounds lights up with a yellow light when pressed and activates and deactivates light and musical effects that are played in automatch series of 15 or 30 minutes. By turning the puppet upside down, the squirrel emits a funny laugh that will involve the child.
How to use
The squirrel is a plush toy with lights and melodies that reassures and entertains the child. To turn on the toy, open the compartment with Velcro on the bottom of the plush toy, remove the electronic module (Fig.1) and move the cursor from position 0 to the desired minute cycle (15 or 30 minutes). All the functions are now active. Reinsert the electronic module into the plush toy and close the compartment properly with the Velcro. Press the plush toy's tummy in correspondence with the acorn (Fig.2, A), the light and melodies are active for 15 or 30 minutes, after which the toy goes into stand-by. Press the acorn again to exclude the sound and the light, press again to change the melody and reactivate the light. When the toy goes into stand-by, press the acorn on the tummy again to reactivate the electronic functions. When the plush toy is turned upside down, it laughs.
Warnings
- Remove any plastic bags and all items that are part of the product packaging and discard or store out of the reach of children. Risk of suffocation.
- Regularly check the product for wear and tear and for any breakages. If damaged, do not use the toy and keep it out of reach of children.
- Use the game under the constant supervision of an adult.
- Do not use the game in any way other than that recommended.
- Remove the toy from the cot when the child is sleeping.
- Batteries must always be replaced by an adult.
- To replace the batteries: open the Velcro on the bottom of the toy, remove the electronic module, loosen the door screw with a screwdriver, remove the door, remove the flat batteries from the battery compartment, insert the new batteries, taking care to respect the correct insertion polarity (as indicated on the product), replace the door and tighten the screw, insert the module back into the toy and close the two flaps, making sure the Velcro matches up.
- Do not leave batteries or any tools within the reach of children.
- Always remove dead batteries from the product to avoid any liquid leaks that may damage the product.
- If the batteries leak, replace them immediately, taking care to clean the battery compartment and wash your hands thoroughly in case of contact with the leaked liquid.
- Always remove the batteries if the product is not used for a long time.
- Use alkaline batteries of the same or equivalent type as the recommended type for operation of this product.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- Do not mix dead batteries with new batteries.
- Do not throw used batteries into a fire or disperse them in the environment, but dispose of them through separate waste collection.
- Do not short-circuit the power terminals.
- Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries: they may explode.
- The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended, it may decrease the functionality of the toy.
- If using rechargeable batteries, remove them from the toy before recharging and only recharge under adult supervision.
- Remove batteries from the toy before disposing of it.
- The toy is not designed to operate with replaceable lithium batteries. WARNING! Improper use could generate dangerous conditions.
Conservation
When not in use, store the toy in a place protected from heat, dust and humidity. Before cleaning, remove the internal electronic module, easily accessible thanks to the opening on the back of the doll. The fabric toy is machine washable on a delicate cycle. A thorough rinse is recommended to eliminate any traces of detergent.
