Rice-based sourdough starter, rice flour, water, starch (corn, gluten-free wheat, rice), rice flour 5%, rice syrup, sunflower oil, buckwheat flour 2%; emulsifiers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; hulled millet flour 1.5%, pea protein, vegetable fibres (psyllium, inulin), citrus fibres, xanthan, corn flour 1%, dextrose, salt, baker's yeast; acidifiers: tartaric acid; sugar syrup, lactose-free skimmed milk ; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
