Description
Food supplement based on herbs, mineral salts, vitamins and other nutrients. Bamboo and horsetail promote the health of nails and hair. Green tea has a beneficial antioxidant action and together with zinc, manganese, copper, selenium and vitamins B2, C and E, protects cells from oxidative stress. Zinc, selenium and biotin help maintain healthy hair while copper contributes to their normal pigmentation. Zinc promotes the maintenance of healthy nails and, together with iodine and vitamins A, B2, B3 and biotin, helps maintain healthy skin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 tablets once or twice a day during meals (4 to 8 tablets per day). Close carefully after use.
