How to use
The pre-race sports massage performed with this product aims to improve the contractile capacity of the treated muscles and to optimize the contraction-decontraction sequence typical of each individual athletic gesture. The massage should be performed just before the race (about half an hour before) with shallow maneuvers but with a sustained rhythm and for a sufficient time (a few minutes) to allow adequate stimulation of the skin receptors and the underlying muscle bands.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not massage on broken skin or open wounds. Wash your hands thoroughly with water immediately after applying the product. Do not touch the area near the eyes with hands still dirty with the product. Keep out of reach of children. The product may cause sensations of heat, even intense and persistent, on the treated area. This effect (purely sensorial) is not dangerous and is not related to the effectiveness of the treatment.
