Description
Bromelain is a plant enzyme contained in the fruit and stem of pineapple, characterized by a prevalent proteolytic activity. Pineapple intervenes in maintaining digestive functions. The activity of Bromelain is generally expressed in GDU (Gelatin Digesting Units) or in MCU (Milk Clotting Unit: 1 GDU = 1.5 MCU).
Physiological effects of pineapple stem: drainage of body fluids (heavy legs), contrast of cellulite blemishes.

Pineapple [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr] stem extract (bromelain 2,500 GDU/g) on corn maltodextrin corresponding to 125 GDU, dicalcium phosphate; gelling agent: methylhydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

How to use
Take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, preferably away from meals.

Bromelain supplements should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Bromelain may increase the activity of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
