How to use
1-2 tablets per day.
Characteristics
The tablets are biphasic:
- the fast layer (blue), contains griffonia extract and dissolves quickly;
- the retard layer (white), with L-tryptophan and vitamins, is formulated to gradually release the constituents, to allow for better assimilation.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
Conservation
Store at room temperature (15°C - 30°C).
