Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate; anti-caking agents: talc, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, fatty acids, silicon dioxide; thickener: gum arabic.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a little water.
