Description
Blephastop
It is a disposable natural cotton wipe soaked in a solution based on Hy-Ter (hyaluronic acid plus natural Melaleuca extracts) and Aloe capable of carrying out a cleansing, emollient, soothing and decongestant action.
It is formulated with natural anti-inflammatories and antiseptics and allows for rapid relief from symptoms.
Proper ocular and periocular hygiene is important in all situations of current or potential inflammation and infection.
Blefastop, thanks to the Hy-Ter system, is particularly suitable for the hygiene of the eyelids and eyelashes and as an adjuvant to the antiseptic in pre- and post-surgery and in the treatment of bacterial and allergic conjunctivitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.
How to use
- Open the sachet by tearing it near the opening notch.
- Unfold the wipe completely and gently wipe over the eyelid and lashes starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving towards the outer corner, keeping the eye closed.
- Repeat the operation for 1-2 minutes, always starting from the inner corner of the eye, until the ocular secretions and any other deposits (dust, powders, makeup, etc.) are completely removed. Some patients may feel a slight and temporary burning sensation at the time of the eye massage or immediately after.
Use one wipe for each eye. Wash hands after use.
Do not rinse eye after use.
Warm compress: To increase the effectiveness of mechanical removal of eye secretions, immerse the whole bag in hot water at a temperature not exceeding 45°C for 10 minutes. Once heated, the towel should be used immediately for the compress.
Cold compress: To increase eye relief, especially in case of red and swollen eyes, refrigerate the sachet at a temperature not lower than 5°C for 10 minutes.
The particular compatibility of the product with the eye area and its optimal composition allow its use even by contact lens wearers.
