Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers es 3.5% flavonoids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb es 0.35% protopine, hawthorn [Cratageus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] leaves es 1% flavonoids, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es 0.4% valerenic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take two tablets a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
