Vahl folium) tit. 6% sennosides, frangula (Rhamnus frangula L. cortex) tit. 7.5% hydroxyanthracene heterosides, Aloe barbadensis miller extract 200:1.

How to use
We recommend 1-2 teaspoons as needed, preferably in the evening before bed. Shake before use.
