Description
Pandoro specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Water, corn starch, fresh eggs , lactose -free butter * ( milk ), rice starch, rice flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup; thickeners: hydroxypropyl cellulose, xanthan gum; honey, egg yolk, psyllium fiber, alcohol, flavorings; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; sourdough (water, rice flour), brewer's yeast, salt.
Sachet of impalpable sugar (3.9%) (sugar, corn starch, flavourings).
May contain soy , almonds , sesame seeds, mustard .
*<0.1%. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
Gluten free.

How to use
1. To enjoy the full fragrance of the Pandoro, place it, still whole, next to a heat source for 15 minutes.
2. Spread the icing sugar over the entire Pandoro.
3. Cut vertically for the most classic of presentations or cut horizontally to serve star-shaped slices.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
Validity with intact packaging: 3 months.
Validity after opening: 7 days.
