Description
Panettone specifically formulated for celiacs, with candied orange peel paste.
Naturally leavened baked product.
The product does not contain and does not derive from genetically modified organisms.
Ingredients
Sultanas (14.5%), lactose-free whole milk *, fresh eggs , corn starch, anhydrous butter ( milk )*, natural yeast (rice flour, water), candied citrus peel (4%) (orange peel, citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, rice starch; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and xanthan gum; invert sugar syrup, honey, plantago fibre, candied orange peel paste (1.5%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice); emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, brewer's yeast, alcohol, flavourings, salt.
May contain soy, mustard, sesame and gluten-free wheat starch.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
* milk and butter are present in quantities that guarantee a lactose content of less than 0.01% in the final product.
The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
