The product contributes:
• the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
• electrolyte balance;
• normal energy metabolism;
• to the normal functioning of the nervous system;
• normal muscle function;
• normal protein synthesis;
• to normal psychological function;
• the maintenance of normal bones and teeth;
• to normal cysteine synthesis;
• normal homocysteine metabolism;
• normal protein and glycogen metabolism;
• to the normal formation of red blood cells;
• to the normal function of the immune system;
• to the regulation of hormonal activity.
The product contains 8 sources of magnesium with high bioavailability.
The tablets are film-coated for better swallowing.
The presence of the cofactor vitamin B6 increases its bioavailability and efficiency of use.
Taking magnesium reduces the absorption of some antibiotics (tetracyclines and nitrofurantoin) and may impair the absorption of bisphosphonates: take with 2 hours interval.
The concomitant intake of magnesium with treatments with amiloride (contained in some diuretics) must be evaluated by the attending physician.
For longer lasting and deeper results over time, combine or complete the integration of the product with magnesium oligolite.
Gluten- free, lactose- free and no added sugars.

How to use
1 sachet per day dissolved in a glass of water, or in a water bottle, or in another liquid for 3-6 months.
Each sachet provides 300 mg of magnesium.
In particular situations, diarrhoea induced by the intake may occur: in this case, temporarily reduce the dosage.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
