Description
Gluten-free potato gnocchi. Specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Rehydrated potato puree 70% (water, dehydrated potato flakes 16%), yellow corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour dusting, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid (E270); preservative: sorbic acid (E200); turmeric.

Cooking
Pour the gnocchi into boiling salted water and drain as soon as they float to the surface.

Do not puncture the package.
Conservation
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
