Arkorelax sleep combines these five plant extracts with melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), bulking agent: cellulose; valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.); lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); hop female inflorescence extract (Humulus lupulus L.); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate; melatonin; California poppy extract (Eschcholzia californica Cham.); vitamin B6. Coating: coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, talc; spirulina and apple concentrate. Colorant: titanium dioxide.
How to use
1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
Reserved for adults.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant women and during breastfeeding. If you are undergoing treatment with antidepressants or another chronic treatment, seek medical advice. Do not combine with sleeping pills and other sedatives.
