Plant-based vitamin D3 from a sustainable source of reindeer lichen contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, the maintenance of bone capital and muscle function. Highly dosed, it contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, apple fibres (Malus domestica Borkh.), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus subsp. napus); vitamin D3 from lichen; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract; vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 Arkocapsule per day in the morning with a large glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of thyroid dysfunction. Do not take in combination with other vitamin D supplements.
