Product designed to promote quality sleep thanks to its formula in double-layer tablets, designed to modulate the release of the ingredients.
The first layer quickly releases Melatonin which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep* and is also useful in case of long journeys to alleviate the effects of jet lag**.
The second layer, on the other hand, has a progressive release throughout the night and, thanks to the extracts of Valerian, Passionflower and Californian Poppy which contribute to relaxation, promotes a restful sleep.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

4 drops contain:
• Melatonin: 1 mg
• Chamomile dry extract: 3.2 mg
• Melissa dry extract: 2 mg
How to use
It is recommended to take at least 4 drops a day, just before bedtime, as is or diluted in a little water. Shake the bottle well before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
