Low-protein diet pasta. Dietary food intended for special medical purposes. Indicated for the diet of patients suffering from renal failure (nephropathies), metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia) and Parkinson's disease (in therapy with Levodopa).Ingredients
Corn starch; potato starch; inulin; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavouring: safflower.
The product may contain traces of: milk, eggs, lupin.
How to use
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water (about 1 liter of water for 50 g of pasta) and add salt as recommended by the diet. Once cooked, season the pasta as soon as it is drained. The cooking time indicated on the package is indicative and may vary depending on habits and personal taste. Approximate cooking time: 10/12 minutes.
