Protein-free cracker with 13.8% extra virgin olive oil.
The cracker is characterized by: low protein, sodium, phosphorus and potassium content which make it suitable for the dietary management of renal failure (nephropathy); low tyrosine and phenylalanine content which make it suitable for the dietary management of metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia); low protein content which make it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease.
Food for special medical purposes.
Ingredients
Corn starch, extra virgin olive oil (13.8%), pea vegetable fiber, pasteurized eggs , glucose syrup, maltodextrin, modified tapioca starch; thickener: guar gum; flavoring; raising agents: ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt.
The product may contain traces of milk and soy .
Gluten free.
