Description
Food supplement for relaxation, mental well-being and sleep regulation, based on melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**.
With lemon balm and chamomile extracts, for a relaxing effect.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

How to use
It is recommended to take at least 4 drops a day, just before bedtime, as is or diluted in a little water. Shake the bottle well before use.
